Head Golf Coach (Division 1 NJCAA Program)
Recruit, coach, and teach highly talented student athletes. Schedule and supervised practice sessions and tournaments.  Monitor and track academic student performance’s Managed  all aspects of the Women’s  golf program such as creating budgets, negotiated course fees, and kept  in compliance with NJCAA  college/ university policies and procedures. Successfully coached  players, and lead the team to National NJCAA Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida May 2012.

Instruction for women, men and juniors.
Implemented PGA “Get Golf Ready” for women and “US Kid’s Golf “ for Juniors‘golf clinics.  provided product and service recommendations, (club fittings, equipment modifications, and other performance enhancement gear), based on customer needs as well as supported the planning of store tournaments and special events.  Proficient use of video high tech simulators to analyze golf swings. Developed the first Women and Junior Golf League for PGA Tour-Super Store resulting in increased store traffic and revenues.


Roaring Lambs International Junior Golf Academy, Ft. Worth TX  1986 - Present

Founder/Executive Director
Manage all areas of a four level comprehensive junior golf program.   Develop curriculum inclusive of golf training and life skills to multi-ethnic children ages 5 to 17.  Responsible for fundraising and program development, golf instruction, life-skills instruction and coordinating volunteer activities.  The program has served over 2000 competitive youth golfers during a 25-year period, assisted many youth in obtaining college scholarships.
Roaring Lambs “Global” Fairway Seekers(adults)- organized adult golfers to unite with like-minded golfers for fun, travel, tournaments and support


African Americans in Golf Association (AAMIGA) 2002 

Texas Chapter Director
Coordinate all activities in Texas for the national association.  Activities include recruiting, monitoring and mentoring youth golfers.  Develop partnerships with local golf courses and organizations for youth golf lessons and golf tournaments.
